Full technical production, AV, lighting, staging & branded event support
For the second consecutive year, TPP support the ReBrain Greece Conference AV and technical production. Following the success of the previous year, the scope for the 2026 conference was larger and more technically ambitious to reach and engage a larger audience.
Held at Hilton London Metropole, the conference brought together Greek professionals, government representatives and leading employers for a high-profile day focused on connection, opportunity and talent.
With the event moving up in scale from the previous year, the production needed to create a polished, professional and highly branded environment across the full delegate experience. From the main conference space to exhibitor areas, networking zones, presentation content and branded display areas, TPP supplied and managed the full technical event production behind the event.

The Event
ReBrain is designed to connect talented professionals with leading enterprises in Greece, supporting conversations around career opportunities, relocation and the future of Greek talent.
Following the success of the previous ReBrain conference, the 2026 event represented a significant step up in scale and production. The first London event in 2025 featured 25 exhibitors, while the 2026 conference expanded to 35 exhibitors following increased interest from Greek companies.
This growth meant the event needed to feel bigger, sharper and more developed, while still maintaining the polished and professional feel expected from a high-profile conference.
The event featured keynote presentations, government representation, sponsor and business stands, branded display areas and busy networking spaces. The room needed to work both as a formal conference environment and as a dynamic setting for conversations between delegates and companies.
With more exhibitors and delegates moving through the space, and a larger production footprint, the technical delivery had to support every part of the day, from presentations and branded visuals to networking and exhibitor engagement.
Branded Set, Stage AV & Technical Production
TPP delivered the technical production required to bring the event together, supporting both the main conference environment and the wider delegate experience.
The production included staging, lighting, audio visual support, branded screens, presentation setup, LED display content, power planning, technical crew and onsite event support.
The main room featured a large-scale conference layout, branded screen content, lectern and microphone setup, sponsor visibility and atmospheric lighting to create a polished setting for speakers and delegates.
Across the wider space, TPP supported the visual presentation of the event through branded exhibitor areas, digital content, lighting and production details that helped give the conference a clear sense of scale and identity.
AV Production Specification
The event required a significant amount of equipment, with TPP supplying two 40ft arctics of kit for the build. The team completed a one-day build ahead of the live conference, followed by derig and load out once the event had finished.
The full kit list included:

- 15 x 2m x 3m LED walls
- Large format screen / LED display content
- Branded sponsor and exhibitor display support
- Event lighting and room uplighting
- Microphones and presentation support
- Power planning using four mains supplies
- Technical crew and onsite production management
- One-day build
- Live event support
- Derig and load out after the event
The Challenge
Following the success of the previous ReBrain event, the 2026 conference needed to feel like a clear step forward. The increase from 25 exhibitors in 2025 to 35 exhibitors in 2026 created a much larger technical and logistical requirement, with multiple moving parts across the conference, exhibitor and networking areas.
The challenge was to create a professional, high-impact event environment that could support formal presentations, government speakers, sponsor visibility and delegate networking, while keeping the experience smooth and consistent throughout the day.
Power was one of the main technical considerations. The event required 15 LED walls, each measuring 2m x 3m, creating a significant requirement across the venue. TPP managed this by using four mains supplies, ensuring the full setup could be powered safely and reliably throughout the day.
The team also had to manage the practicalities of delivering a large technical setup within a live hotel environment. With two 40ft arctics of equipment, a one-day build, a live event and derig/load out after the conference, timing and coordination were essential.
By carefully planning the layout, power, equipment movement and build schedule, TPP delivered a smooth technical setup for a larger, more ambitious event.
Careful planning and coordination resulted in seamless delivery
Behind the scenes, the delivery required detailed planning and coordination. TPP managed the movement, installation and testing of a large volume of equipment within a tight timeframe, ensuring each technical element was ready before the event opened.
TPP worked across the full event environment, ensuring that the technical production supported every part of the delegate journey.
The main conference space was designed to feel clean, branded and professional, with clear sightlines, strong presentation support and lighting that helped lift the room. Branded graphics and screen content were displayed throughout the venue, giving participating companies strong visibility and helping the event feel consistent.
The 15 LED walls created a strong visual presence across the venue, helping to elevate the event from the previous year and give exhibitors a more professional, high-impact platform. With 35 exhibitors taking part, the production needed to support individual brand visibility while still making the wider event feel joined-up and well-managed.
The exhibitor and networking areas were also central to the day. With delegates moving between presentations, conversations and company stands, the production needed to support a busy, high-energy environment without losing the polished feel of a formal government-backed conference.
Throughout the live event, the TPP technical production team supported the live event, providing presentation operation, lighting design, audio and back up support.
The Result
The 2026 ReBrain conference marked a major step up from the previous year, with a larger, more immersive production and a stronger visual presence across the venue.
From the opening visuals to the packed conference room, branded business stands and busy networking spaces, the event created a professional platform for ReBrain to connect people, businesses and opportunity.
With exhibitor numbers increasing from 25 in 2025 to 35 in 2026, the event reflected the growing interest from Greek companies and the continued success of the ReBrain initiative.
For TPP, the project demonstrated the value of a technical production partner who can scale with a returning client, building on what worked before while helping the next event feel bigger, sharper and more ambitious.
