Outdoor Lighting – Balliol College

The Production People were commissioned by Partytecture Ltd. to supply exterior lighting only for this prestigious evening dinner, held as part of the wider Skoll World Forum programme.

Our role focused on subtly illuminating the entrance and outdoor areas, ensuring the building’s architecture was showcased in its best light while maintaining an atmospheric tone fitting for a formal celebration.

The lighting setup included:

• Architectural uplighting to accentuate the building’s historic stonework
  
• Warm outdoor washes to guide guests and enhance arrival photography
  
• Discreet installation and teardown with minimal disruption to the venue’s operations

While this was a minimal technical brief, the attention to detail was key. Working alongside the creative team at Partytecture, we ensured the lighting supported their overall event vision without overshadowing the styling or ambience of this iconic space.
